All Noosa Physio Centre physiotherapists are highly qualified and experienced. We offer an extensive range of physiotherapy services and methods of treatment to professional sporting teams, recreational athletes, and people of all ages with general aches and pains, including back pain, as well as those recovering from and preparing for surgery.

We work as a team with other health professionals to get your body ‘back on track’ as fast as possible. Some therapists have expertise in the treatment of upper limb, lower limb, overuse injuries or injuries common in particular sports. All therapists remain up to date with spinal pain management. Ongoing in-house and external education ensures that we remain at the forefront of physiotherapy techniques.

Physiotherapy treatment includes:

  • Joint mobilisation and/or manipulation, soft tissue massage and stretching.
  • Education in injury specific home exercises to encourage self management.
  • Instruction in gym programmes and stability training, including Pilates based routines.
  • Postural correction and ergonomic advice for work stations.
  • Taping and bracing to protect joints and injured tissues.
  • Testing of joint function prior to returning to sport.

Our Clinical Pilates physiotherapists have an understanding of how to best facilitate your pelvic floor retraining, in conjunction with an exercise program.

Muscle Energy Techniques
